Payment Terms
- •A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm and secure your booking
- •The remaining balance must be settled in full before the commencement of the first makeup session
- •All prices are subject to change, and any price adjustments will be communicated in advance
- •Additional charges may apply for special requests, customizations, or premium services
- •We accept payments through bank transfers and digital payment methods
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- •All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
- •We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date
- •While we understand that plans may change, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for cancellations
- •In case of cancellation, the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee
- •We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
Service Terms
- •Clients are responsible for arranging and covering transportation costs for the makeup artist (cab travel only)
- •A 50% advance payment is mandatory to secure your booking and confirm your preferred date
- •Hair extensions and premium stone accessories are available at additional charges
- •To ensure the best service quality, we kindly request that only one companion be present in the bridal room during the makeup session
- •We maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure fair business practices and proper resource allocation
