Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm and secure your booking
  • The remaining balance must be settled in full before the commencement of the first makeup session
  • All prices are subject to change, and any price adjustments will be communicated in advance
  • Additional charges may apply for special requests, customizations, or premium services
  • We accept payments through bank transfers and digital payment methods

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date
  • While we understand that plans may change, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for cancellations
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Service Terms

  • Clients are responsible for arranging and covering transportation costs for the makeup artist (cab travel only)
  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory to secure your booking and confirm your preferred date
  • Hair extensions and premium stone accessories are available at additional charges
  • To ensure the best service quality, we kindly request that only one companion be present in the bridal room during the makeup session
  • We maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure fair business practices and proper resource allocation
